What's the most beautiful sport in the world? Rhythmic gymnastics, of course! Please sign up your daughters for our summer camp at the Glenview Park District. And tell your friends about it, too! Click here to sign up through the Glenview Park District. And check out our flyer, too! Congratulations to our level 3 and 4 gymnasts for their graceful routines at the home meet on Saturday! The coaches are proud of the girls' performances during the competitive season! Now they are looking forward to working with them on new techniques during summer camp! The coaches would like to thank their beautiful, hard-working gymnasts for supporting North Shore Rhythmics and this wonderful sport at the Glenview Park District's "Spring Dance" recital on May 10. A large crowd cheered enthusiastically for the level 6 girls. Feeley also won silver medals in the clubs and ribbon event finals. The USA junior group, which includes NSR gymnasts Yelyzaveta (Liza) Merenzon and Elina (Ella) Nikerina, earned a bronze medal in the all-around competition and gold medals in the event finals for hoops and clubs. NSR's coaches would like to thank their hard-working athletes and their supportive parents. For more information, please visit the USA Gymnastics website. Enjoy the photos of the girls and their coaches! Go, USA! This weekend North Shore Rhythmics junior Laura Zeng earned gold medals in the all around and in all four event finals at the junior Pan American Games. This means the United States gets to send the individual gymnast (born in 1999) who will represent the Americas at the August 2014 Youth Olympics. NSR junior Camilla Feeley earned the all-around bronze medal at the Pan American Games, but the technical regulations for the sport allow only one gymnast per country to compete at the Youth Olympics.
